To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumEdge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 13
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumEdge LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service

Section 14
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 15 (Dispute Resolution), the state and federal courts located in Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that are not resolved informally or through small-claims court.
Section 15
Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution first.
Before filing a claim, you and ResumEdge agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to info@resumedge.app. Both parties will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days of receipt before either party initiates a lawsuit.
Small-claims court.
Either party may bring an individual action in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of following the informal-resolution process above.
Jury trial waiver.
To the extent permitted by law, you and ResumEdge each waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
Section 16
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
